We recognize that in order for community development projects to be successful, the community members must be invested in the projects. This means understanding the community as they identify needs and making sure they have some ownership over the projects.
As it has been described above, the organization strives to maintain its integrated approach to empower the community by carrying out multi-dimensioned community library and learning center construction in its intervention areas. The project includes:
- Library Construction and Furnishing
- Training to Librarians and Teachers, etc.
